This course is designed and appropriate for Baristas who have completed the foundation barista training qualification.
This course 2 full days and will incorporate a higher level of Barista and Management skills for within the coffee industry.

- Coffee Beans: origins, processing and roasting impact
- Extraction and varied brewing techniques
- Elevated milk texturing techniques
- Coffee, milk and water Ratios
- Evaluating coffees through sensory skills
- Customer service and management training
- Beverage presentation skills
- Includes roast house visit
- End of course examination
Upon completion the candidate will receive certification, Greenbean barista skills handbook and be in the best position to manage their own coffeeshop.
